Hi Lissa, I’ve done yoga on and off since last summer and your right it does
create a safe place. Classes are held at a local church. Unfortunately the
classes are only every other week, however I just purchased this fantastic
tape by Shiva Rea, a tad advanced for me, however slowly but surely
I’m getting there.

Hi Lissa, this poem is soothing for me in a weird sort of way. I agree it would be
so liberating to cut to shreds the looming clouds of unpleasant memories.
